Land at Chestnut Drive/ Tennyson Fields, Louth

Following the granting of Reserved Matters planning consent for 141 units, Lovell have completed the acquisition of this final phase of land at Tennyson Fields, Louth.  The final phase, extending to 16 acres, represents the final phase of the wider development site.  Having acted on behalf of the landowners, T&B negotiated a Planning Promotion agreement with KCS Developments which subsequently secured Outline planning consent for a total of 300 dwellings (the site totalled 29 acres) in 2017.  The land has subsequently been sold in phases, with this final parcel ultimately seeing the conclusion of this development.
