Land at Chestnut Drive/ Tennyson Fields, Louth

Following the granting of Reserved Matters planning consent for 141 units, Lovell have completed the acquisition of this final phase of land at Tennyson Fields, Louth.  The final phase, extending to 16 acres, represents the final phase of the wider development site.  Having acted on behalf of the landowners, T&B negotiated a Planning Promotion agreement with KCS Developments which subsequently secured Outline planning consent for a total of 300 dwellings (the site totalled 29 acres) in 2017.  The land has subsequently been sold in phases, with this final parcel ultimately seeing the conclusion of this development. 

Guy gained valuable experience in residential sales, marketing and development consultancy, over a 10 year period whilst working in London for an international property company. In 2004 he established the residential team for C B Richard Ellis in Yorkshire and the North East specialising in development consultancy, the disposal and acquisition of sites for residential and mixed use development, he has an in depth knowledge of all facets of the residential property market.

In 2008 he had the vision to set up a niche residential consultancy and agency business, whilst the corporates were all reining back their residential offer. Titchmarsh and Bagley Ltd has thrived since its inception, quickly establishing itself as one of the market leaders in terms of quantum of land both bought and sold for residential development. He has built up strong relationships with all the house builders, major and otherwise, has first hand experience of how they are operating and what their requirements are at any given time. Guy  has used this to tailor disposal strategies to his clients assets, optimising the value from these holdings in timescales to suit their requirements.
